Job placement and types of employment

Can you help me to find employment?

We aim to assist as many registered candidates as possible to find suitable employment by matching their qualifications, skills and experience with the requirements of the vacant position to be filled.

What types of job placement does RecruitmentXperts provide?

RecruitmentXperts assists jobseekers with permanent and contract or temporary job placement.

Can RecruitmentXperts assist jobseekers with part-time employment?

Yes, we can assist jobseekers with part-time employment once available. However, please note that current market trends show that there is greater demand by companies for full-time temporary or contract workers than for part-timers.

Does RXL offer remote work positions?

Yes, provided the agency receives a request from a client to fill a vacancy with the option/requirement to work remotely.

Once I am registered with your Agency, how long will it take for you to find me employment?

Being registered with a recruitment agency is not a guarantee of employment. Our ability to assist you will depend on the following factors: the current job market, the types of positions that are available, as well as the qualifications, experience and skills required for the vacancy. Please bear in mind that the agency’s role is to find the 'right job fit' for the position by sourcing candidates who possess the qualifications, experience and skills required for the job opening.

What if I am registered/wish to register with other recruitment agencies?

The Agency has no objections with your being registered with other recruitment agencies.

RecruitmentXperts offers jobseekers temporary or contract assignment opportunities, in addition to permanent employment assistance.

Who pays me if I am interested in temporary work assignments?

The Agency is responsible for payment of your salary – payable monthly – via direct deposit to your bank account.
